It’s simple really. Home-Probe, Inc. is all about education. We believe knowledge is power. We use our experiences to educate buyers. This gives them knowledge about the home they are purchasing or selling and empowers them to make better decisions in the home inspection process.
Not only is teaching free continuing education courses to Georgia Real Estate Agents another way for us to give back to the real estate community, it’s also a way to help educate Agents. Real Estate Agents are supposed to be the know all, be all of real estate in their client’s eyes. They are held accountable for everything. There’s a lot that goes into a real estate transaction when it’s properly executed. We believe that the more we can help educate agents on that process, the better we protect the agent as well as the client. That’s what it’s all about to us.
Our instructors teach over 100 continuing education classes a year. Our topics range from technical classes about Mold to abstract classes like Generational Selling. Most of our continuing education classes are for 3 credit hours approved through The Georgia Real Estate Commission. Our instructors are equipped to teach continuing education classes that range in size from 10 Agents (our minimum) to a room full of 100 Agents.
We even offer incentives for Georgia Real Estate Agents to attend our classes. As if the value of the courses wasn’t enough, we now have a quarterly drawing as a way to say “Thank You” for attending our class. We also want to try and keep the continuing education courses fun.
