Clients who have a lot of questions about the home they are considering owning or selling like working with Louis. He’s known for taking considerable time answering questions on site and in the days and weeks following as buyers go through due diligence and then move in and get acclimated to their new home.
You’ll find Louis wearing house shoes inside the homes he inspects out of respect for the home.
“I don’t wear outdoor shoes indoors in my own home,” he says. “A home is a life-changing purchase. I care about what the buyer is getting into as if it were my own.”
When he’s not in the field or consulting by phone, Louis can be found enjoying time with his wife of nearly 30 years, adult daughter, and “grand-dog.” Speaking of flying, he celebrated a recent birthday by going indoor skydiving.
